AIMA, a strong federation of 62 local management association has over 30,000 individual professional members and more then 3000 corporate organization as institutional members.

BCL is centrally located in Caonnaught Place on Katuerba Gandhi Marg. Library is open to the public from Monday to Saturday betwwen 10 am to 06 pm. Computers Society of India |
The seed for the Computer Society of India (CSI) was first sown in the year 1965 with a handful of IT enthusiasts who were a computer user group and felt the need to organize their activities. They also wanted to share their knowledge and exchange ideas on what they felt was a fast emerging sector. Today the CSI takes pride in being the largest and most professionally managed association of and for IT professionals in India. The purposes of the Society are scientific and educational directed towards the advancement of the theory and practice of computer science & IT.

DELNET has been in operation since January 1988 and was registered as a society in 1992. It was initially sponsored by the National Information System for Science and Technology (NISSAT), Department of Scientific and Industrial Reseach, Government of India and is currently being promoted by the National Informatics Centre, Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India and India International Centre, New Delhi.
DELNET has been established with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries through the development of a network of libraries. It aims to collect, store, and disseminate information besides offering computerised services to users, to coordinate efforts for suitable collection development and also to reduce unnecessary duplication wherever possible.
KIET Central Library is having its annual membership since Jan. 2000 and it is renewed every year. The annual membership fee is Rs. 11500/ for borrowing the books, journals and articles etc. from its member libraries on resources sharing basis. The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers |
The IETE is Indias leading professional society in the field of electronics , telecomunication, information technology and related areas. It was established in the year of 1953 and having more than 50000 members through 51 centres / sub centres located in digfferent parts of the country including one in Nepal. The IETE has been oragainsed by the the Govt. of India as a scientific and industrial research (SIRO) and an educational institution of national eminence.

Indian National Digital Library for Engineering Science and Technology |
The INDEST-AICTE Consortium is the most ambitious initiative taken so far in the country. The benefit of consortia-based subscription to electronic resources is not confined to 38 major technological institutions in the country but is also extended to all AICTE-accredited and UGC-affiliated institutions. INDEST has also offer – J-Gate Custom Content for Consortia,(JCCC ) Service which is a customized solution for accessing and sharing journal literature subscribed by all the IITs, IISc and IIMs, individually and collectively through INDEST Consortium. Joining this community of resource sharing consortium are 17 National Institutes of Technology to whom the benefits of JCCC@INDEST is extended as secondary members.
JCCC@INDEST is a common gateway to access 5,676+ e-Journals from 1,028 publishers, subscribed by IITs, IISc. IIMs (15 Libraries). The journals of following INDEST Consortium registered publishers are included in JCCC@INDEST.

Indian Society for Technical Education |
The Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, professional, non-profit making Society registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1870. First started in 1941 as the Association of Principals of Technical Institutions (APTI), it was converted into "Indian Society for Technical Education" in 1968 with a view to enlarge its activities to advance the cause of technological education.The major objective of the ISTE is to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industries and other organisations.
Being the only national organisation of educators in the field of Engineering and Technology, ISTE effectively contributes in various missions of the Union Government. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, AICTE/DST/MIT/State Govts. are well associated with the ISTE for programmes relating to technical education.
