Advertisement for admission shall be released in national and regional leading newspapers for information to all concerned. Candidates applying for admission will be supplied with an information brochure of KIET School of Management containing information about the institute, programme(s), infrastructure, faculty, fee structure, academic activities, admission procedure etc.

The minimum qualification for admission in PGDM programme will be a Bachelor’s degree, recognized by Association of Indian Universities. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks, of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must be minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling (10+2) or equivalent.

The selection of candidates will be done on the following basis:

a) *Application shall be invited from candidates who have appeared in All India Written Tests – MAT conducted by All India Management Association / CAT conducted by Indian Institute of Management / XAT conducted by Xavier labour Relation Institute. KIET School of Management may also conduct its own Entrance Examination for those who could not appeared in above said entrance tests.
b) The candidate Performance in Group Discussion will be measured on their communication ability, group interaction, leadership ability, confidence, and knowledge on the topic.
c) The candidates will be interviewed to measure their management aptitude, subject knowledge, business awareness, and communication skills.
d) Previous academic records / work experience of candidates will also be examined and due consideration will be given.

Successful candidates will be informed of their admission to this institute in PGDM Programme. The whole admission process will be transparent, documented and kept for future record.
