Ed.Bd: How do you intend to make
K.I.E.T a global destination?
Dir: My vision for K.I.E.T is based on the way
this Institute has grown; the manner in which the facilities have
come up, shows the progressive nature of our growth. All this goes
on to prove our credentials as an Institute par excellence.
The clarity further lies in our road map, initially the aim is to
build the brand KIET in U.P, then make it a National entity, and
onto a major Global destination.
Ed.Bd: The growth of an institution lies in fresh
ideas, as an educationalist Sir, what steps are you taking to meet
your vision?
Dir. Our aim is to further the prospects of employability
of our students. Students possessing entrepreneurial aptitude are
assisted to develop and hone their entrepreneurial skills.
Our Institute has established incubators and it is one of the first
private Institutes in U.P to be accredited.
My faculty members are not mere teachers but men and women who are
facilitators. They bridge the gap between the theory and industry.
We are enhancing the soft skills of our students and their communication
skills as well. It is important for the overall development. Communicating
thoughts and ideas to others is the final step to the industry.
Ed.Bd: Sir any message for your flock?
Dir: Everyone is well aware of the ideology of
K.I.E.T and the ultimate goal of its' Founders. Presently, K.I.E.T
ranks amongst the top colleges in the state of U.P. I am indebted
to the faculty and students for their tireless and continual diligence.
My message for everyone is to continue the good work, bring pride
and glory to the college and develop into exemplary individuals
benefiting the society at large.
