The story goes back to 1998 when the founders of KIET turned to education and committed themselves to develop an approach sought to integrate excellence in knowledge with character, values and commitment and to distinguish the Institution in the services of the community at large.
In our quest of 'Ever to Excel' we have endeavored to launch a magazine 'of…by…and for the students'. I realized for the first time what a colossal effort it would be, the highs and lows of getting things going, sometimes it did seem a bit combative but the inspiration received from the inception to the fulfillment of this print was quite an experience.
Starting from scratch, the valuable guidance given by the Head of the Institution - the Director, without whose blessings this venture would not have been possible and the support of Dean Academics and Dean Student Affairs, the mature understanding of this event by the Faculty and Administrative Staff of the College gives a rare insight to their deep commitment and devotion to revolutionize education in today's environment.
The networking by my Colleagues and the effort and enthusiasm shown by all the Students of the College speaks high of their academic, cultural, emotional, spiritual support, to live a life of purpose, joy, generosity and wisdom and provide a road map to opportunities within the campus and off the campus.
I must mention our first cover page, showing three pillars which signify the Dreams, Hardwork and Success on which the Horizon is luminated by the Dawning of KIET to quench the thirst not only for education but also innovation and discovery.
This journey needs to be supported by everyone with suggestions and comments so as to allow us to plan for future escapades as well.
A special mention for Mr. Harish Ginotra (Faculty member), Priyank, Sanchita, Lalita, Pravesh and Varun for their invaluable support.
Seeking your guidance, suggestions and active participation…
