Digital Electronics Lab

Laying a strong foundation for instrumentation engineers this lab makes the students understand the fundamentals of digital Electronics. The Digital electronics Lab is where our students gain practical experience in the use of basic hardware components. In this lab students become familiar with gates, multiplexers, decoders, flip-flops, counters, registers and displays. Implements Boolean logic functions, describes TTL and CMOS logic, as well as IC logic devices.
Microcontroller Lab

This laboratory is used to provide intensive practical exposure to the students in the field of microprocessor architecture and industrial control through them. Different exercises in this lab include Serial Data Communication between PC and 8085 microprocessor trainer kit, writing on EPROM and microcontroller Chip us. The lab is also equipped with PCs (HP Intel Core 2 Duo 2.83 GHz, 2GB RAM, 160 GB HDD, USB port, HP optical mouse, keyboard, 17 LCD monitor), software packages, embedded processor development modules with multiple user license and manuals. The available software packages include Keil software for ARM processor, C Compiler, RTOS and target boards.
Control System Lab

The aim of this Lab is to calculate stability and representation of dynamic model. This lab is totally based on MATLAB. Using this lab student is able to understand how stability and representation of state-space is achieved.
Electronics Engineering Lab

This is the main lab where basic experiments like study of device characteristics and basic analog circuits are done. This lab is general enough to hold a number of experiments that are suitable for giving the students enough exposure to enable them so that they can easily adopt experiments in more advanced laboratories in the department. In order to introduce the students with basic electronic components this lab is furnished with advanced CROs, function generators and digital multimeters. Students can perform practical on solid state devices, rectifiers and filters, transistor biasing and their characteristics in different modes, RC coupled amplifiers and FETs.\
Project Lab

The Department is having project lab well equipped with various licensed softwares like Keil, MatLab, DAQs .With this lab department is offering job oriented training which is helping students in their placement. Final year students are utilizing this facility for their B.Tech projects also. All the relevant electronics components are available free of cost to the students to accomplish their project work.

Signal processing is an area of systems engineering, electrical engineering and applied mathematics that deals with operations on or analysis of analog as well as digitized signals. The goals of signal processing are Signal acquisition and reconstruction, noise reduction, image enhancement, Signal compression, Feature extraction. This lab is totally based on MATLAB. Using this lab student is able to understand how these goals are achieved.
Internet Lab

This Lab contains 13 fully functional with all the basic softwares installed on them. Students EIE dept. can use them to search on internet, complete assignments, make their project reports etc. Tools loke KEIL, MATLab, are also installed on these systems so that students can have hands on practice and can learn them.

Electronics deals with electrical circuits that involve active electrical components such as vacuum tubes , transistors , diodes and integrated circuits , and associated passive interconnection technologies. In Electronic devices lab students gain practical experience of using breadboard. By mounting various components on bread board the operation of various electronic circuits can be performed.
