TEACHING PEDAGOGY:
Classroom Learning
Teaching methodology of classroom learning includes the gamut of class-lectures, simulation exercise, class presentation, tutorials, role-playing, live projects, case studies, management films, extension lectures by experts from industry and academia. Special emphasis is laid on imparting leadership and interpersonal skills to the students. Further opportunity is provided through participation of students in various seminars.
The case studies are designed to expose students with the real- life management situations. This necessarily entails extensive background reading and pre-class preparation. A typical case describes a company and the environment in which it operates and introduces a significant and complex situation in which a decision has to be made. Students develop the ability to define important issues, enhance their analytical skills, and thereby formulate and evaluate alternatives.

The PGDM program is consisting of regular class presentations for each course in every semester. Class presentations help students in building up their level of confidence and communication skill
Other than regular classes, case studies and presentation program, it is also necessary for the students to know the current happenings of the market or at the actual work place. For this purpose various seminars and workshops are to be conducted on emergent topics.
Other than regular faculty members various guest speakers visit the campus to share their knowledge and experience from corporate and academics.
