Guidelines for Contributors
Submission of Manuscripts
Authors are requested to submit original papers according to the formatting templates and instructions provided below. Manuscripts must be submitted directly via email to the official conference submission address: kiet.mba.conference@kiet.edu.

Send your full paper or abstract to the organizing committee:

The abstract must be about 300 words and clearly state:
- • Purpose: Problem statement & study objective
- • Methodology: Research design, sample, and data collection
- • Major findings: Core outcomes of the analysis
- • Originality: Theoretical or managerial contribution
- • Keywords: 4 to 5 index terms
Full Paper Submission
Submit a full paper between 4000–5000 words (including references) covering:
- • Purpose of the Study: Research gaps, problem definition, & objectives
- • Research Methodology: Methods, models, and empirical layout
- • Major Findings: Structured results and analysis
- • Theoretical Implications: Concept adjustments or research contribution
- • Managerial Implications: Practical guidelines for decision-makers
- • Key References: Fully referenced citations

- Title: Short and descriptive
- Author Details: Complete names and affiliations
- Track: Targeted track name
- Contact: Email and phone details
Additional Requirements
- The entire paper submission (title page, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be compiled into ONE single document.
- Provide exactly 4–5 keywords.
- All papers will undergo a thorough Plagiarism Check before review.
- References must strictly adhere to the APA style and be ordered alphabetically.
