Department of IT and CSIT conducted 5 days workshop entitled Knowledge Sharing on OBE (Outcome Based Education) from 27^th July 2021 to 31^st July 2021. The workshop highlighted the importance of incorporating OBE as part of teaching learning process.

Prof. Sartaj Ahmad and Prof. Annu Dhankhar along with the team of faculty members from IT and CSIT department initiated the session with an Introduction to OBE. The faculty was apprised about the taxonomy table and key constituents of OBE like CO, PO, PSO. The subsequent sessions discussed the relevance of formulating well defined and structured Course Outcomes and their alignment with Instructional Activities and Assessment Items so that it is well reflected in the student learning. The workshop also emphasized upon the CO-PO/PSO mapping and assessment. Faculty members from both the departments enthusiastically participated in the Hands-on exercises conducted at the end of each session.
