Dr. Mrinal Verma is an Assistant Professor in the KIET School of Management, KIET Group of institutions, Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad. Dr. Verma is having 14+ Years of Academia Industry experience across hierarchies and industries. Started his career in the training industry in 2008 and has trained more than 5,000 participants across different levels in organizations. The corporate exposure includes working with leaders at the different management levels, in areas such as – helping organizations to manage change & developing leadership, Digital Learning, Web Management, Social Media Marketing, Team management and other management areas. Started his journey as an academician in 2009 and continuously nurturing and building future managers for the society. He believes that experiential learning and simulation is the key to success in the industry. As a placement coordinator he constantly imparting efforts to bridge the gap between campus and corporate. He is associate faculty of IIT Bombay for ICT Based workshop for online and blended Learning and conducted many FDPs in the same domain. As a researcher, he has published many papers in many reputed indexed journals (including 4 scopus), 1 Panent published on skill development and 1 book on Marketing cases, worked as research associate in many government funded projects, presented papers and attended national and international conferences, symposiums, workshops in many premier B-schools and IITs.
