Dr Ranchay Bhateja is an eminent professional author, teacher and trainer in the education system.She had illustrious career for more than two decades. She had excelled herself in institute as a teacher, an administrator and an institution builder. She is presently working as an Professor, Procter and Coordinator Carrier guidance Cell with KIET Group of Institutions and associated with many management institutes as a visiting professor. She has written many articles and papers in journals, nationally and internationally . She has a considerable amount of experience in teaching, writing in various management disciplines.
