Faculty

Dr. Akash Rajak is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at KIET Group of Institutions. He brings with him over 23 years of experience in teaching and research. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Barkatullah University (State Government University), Bhopal, in 2014, and completed his Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from U.T.D Campus, Dr. Harisingh Gour University (State Government University), Sagar, in 2002. Dr. Rajak is a proactive contributor to the academic and research community. He regularly serves as a reviewer for reputed journals and international conferences and has been invited as a keynote speaker and session chair at several prestigious IEEE conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has strong technical expertise in programming languages and technologies such as Python, C++, and Linux. In December 2023, he successfully organized the Scopus Indexed International Conference on Recent Advancements in Computing Technologies & Engineering (RACTE-2023). Dr. Rajak has authored more than 25 research publications in reputed journals and conferences and holds a notable number of patents. He has also published books on Hadoop, C, Ubuntu, and Computer Graphics, reflecting his deep engagement with both academic theory and practical application.
