KodeKar, the coding club of the Department of Computer Application conducted 5-day LeetCode Boot Camp from 29th May 2023 to 2nd June 2023. Every day all interested students and speaker [ from student itself] gathered in MCA lab from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The boot camp was a comprehensively and intensively designed to enhance participants' coding skills and problem-solving abilities on the LeetCode platform. The boot camp aimed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and techniques to excel in competitive programming. This closing report summarizes the key highlights and outcomes of the boot camp. Total 43 students from MCA first year successfully attended bootcamp in all five days

Key Highlights:
Day 1 - Introduction to LeetCode and Problem-Solving Strategies: The speaker was Mr. Ashis Bajpai, President of Kodekar Club and Student of MCA First year.

On the first day, participants were introduced to the LeetCode platform, its features, and its significance in technical interviews. They learned effective problem-solving strategies such as understanding the problem, devising an algorithm, and implementing the solution. Participants also explored various LeetCode problem categories and discussed tips for maximizing efficiency during coding.

Day 2 - Data Structures and Algorithms: The speaker was Mr. Shashank Kumar, Student of MCA Second Year.

The second day focused on fundamental data structures and algorithms commonly encountered on LeetCode. Participants reviewed essential concepts like arrays, stacks and queues. They gained insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each data structure and practiced implementing algorithms for common problems.

Day 3 - Basic Problem-Solving Techniques: The speaker was Mr. Bhramdev Pandey, Student of MCA Second Year.

Basic problem-solving techniques were covered on third day. Speaker have covered divide and conquer approach, incremental approach and recursion. The main focus was on the running time of algorithm. How it can be reduced or improved to get same result in better time

Day 4 - Advance Data Structures and Algorithms : The speaker was Mr. Satyam Shrivastava, Student of MCA first Year

The fourth day focused on advanced data structures and algorithms mostly encountered on LeetCode. Participants reviewed essential concepts like linked lists, trees, and graphs. They gained insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each data structure and practiced implementing algorithms for common problems.

Day 5 - Advanced Problem-Solving Techniques: The speaker was Mr. Bhramdev Pandey, Student of MCA Second Year.

Advanced problem-solving techniques were covered on the Fifth day to help participants tackle more complex LeetCode problems. Topics included dynamic programming, backtracking, greedy algorithms, and advanced graph algorithms. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises and solved medium to hard-level LeetCode problems using these techniques.
