PHARMACOLOGY

Ms. Priya bansal is working as assistant professor (Pharmacology) at KIET School of Pharmacy, KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad since 15 Jan 2016. She have completed my M.Pharm from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Ms. Bansal have worked as CSIR-SRF at Department of Biotechnology, IIT-BHU for 6 months. She have guided many B.Pharm and M.Pharm Projects. Moreover She have spent 09 years of post master’s experience research work at various institutes, working thoroughly on preclinical neuropharmacology and other Pharmacology projects. During this period, She learned many in-vitro and in-vivo preclinical and molecular pharmacology based lab techniques. Moreover being a pharmacologist, She worked with most of the primarily used lab animals in assisting various preclinical projects like toxicology, neuro-pharmacology, wound healing, cardiac, diabetes, anti-allergic and many other studies of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Also, Ms. Bansal spent lot of time, learning and working on molecular biology techniques, preclinical disease model development and bio analytical techniques. She have also worked on many instruments like spectrophotometers, pharmacology lab instruments and equipments, FT-IR, Lieca microscopy, etc. She also familiar with pharmacology lab techniques, animal handling and preclinical surgical procedure under ethical guidelines and addition to that also with various aspects of herbal extraction and their pharmacognostical, phytochemical and pharmacological screening. Ms. Bansal also have no trouble adapting to various style guides of communication. She has a keen interest in academic teaching and research as well and always believe in promoting implementation of newer approaches and techniques on concept based learning and teaching in my noble profession i.e. Pharmacy. Personally, She is a simple, self motivated women. She have presented many papers in national and in
