In addition to the regular curriculum the Department of Civil Engineering also provides Value added courses for the students which include:
(I) Student Employability Program (SEP):
The Department of Civil Engineering, KIET Group of Institutions has signed an MOU with Tvostar Technologies for providing student employability program. Final year students are trained in various software that meet current Industrial demands and skillset and also provides them interview preparation guidance and placement assistance.
(II) Industry Readiness Skills (IRS):
The Department of Civil Engineering, KIET Group of Institutions provides Industry Readiness Skills (IRS) Classes in which students are trained in latest software as per industry demands. Currently Ms. Shweta is taking IRS classes in which training on Revit Software is provided.
